Portmeirion Dandelion Clocks
Dandelion Clocks, introduced in 2016, is based on one of Sanderson’s most successful designs. Portmeirion have worked in partnership with Sanderson before and Dandelion Clocks is the most recent design to be skilfully transposed to dinnerware. Originally designed by Fiona Howard. It was part of Sanderson’s Option 10 collection launched in 2008 concentrating on retro designs. Dandelion Clocks has become an interior success, being available in multiple colourways in linens, wallpapers and curtains. The Portmeirion collections tones down the colour palette and uses muted blue and greys to create a calm and understated interpretation of what is often seen as a vibrant pattern. Produced on either a white or duck egg blue background, Portmeirion Dandelion Clocks captures the feel of the 1950s but with a contemporary upgrade. The Dinner Plate
is decorated with only a rim of Dandelion Clock heads in grey while the Salad Plate
has a solid border of duck egg blue and three clocks in the centre, these plates look fantastic when layered at the table. Dandelion Clocks also offers a full tea set with two teapots to choose from. The Tea for One Teapot
is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon while the 2 pint Teapot is great for entertaining friends. Whether you prefer a Teacup and Saucer
, Large Mug or small, Dandelion Clocks has a depth of range to ensure all tastes are catered for. Start your collection today and save 20% at Kings and Queens.
