Vera Wang Grosgrain
Vera Wang Grosgrain was one of the patterns launched in 2005 when Vera Wang joined Wegwood to create dinner ware and gifts which reflected her world renowned style as a fashion designer and in particular one of the most respected designers of Wedding dresses. Grosgrain has gone on to be one of Vera Wang @ Wedgwood’s most collected range. Once again the pure white fine bone china of Wedgwood forms the backdrop to this delightful pattern. The decoration is applied in two styles. The main style has three fine platinum lines with a Swiss dot motif painstakingly applied beneath. Alternatively, as in the 23cm plate, the dots are removed and further fine lines of platinum are applied to create a deeper border. Grosgrain can be collected as a complete dinner service or as a coffee or tea set. To compliment the range of Tableware Vera Wang has also designed a range of giftware very much focused on weddings. To celebrate that special moment when the Bride and Groom cut the cake as man and wife Vera Wang has created a Cake Knife and Server with handles decorated with the Grosgrain motif. A fantastic and practical keep sake from a special day which will bring back wonderful memories every time they are used. There are also toasting flutes and a selection of photo frames to capture the moment and keep for ever.
