Using The Checkout
Now that you have made your choices you need to proceed to the "Checkout".
You can access the "Checkout" by either clicking on the checkout button on the shopping cart page or the checkout button in the right-hand column of any page.
This page offers you 3 choices. If you have already set up an account with us you can "login" and all you address details will be automatically filled in for you.
If you have not visited us before then you can set up an account. An account allows you to watch the progress of your order, gives you a direct e-mail link to our sales team, gives you access to details of previous orders and eliminates the need for you to fill in address details when you return. Setting up an account is free and quick.
Finally if you prefer not to set up an account you can choose to not have your details recorded but it will restrict the amount of information available to you concerning your order. For this example we have chosen to Set Up An Account.  Here you fill in your personal details, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and finally set a password for you account. If you choose not to set up an account the only variation is that you will not be asked for a password. Click continue and we will confirm that your account has been set up. Click continue and you will arrive at the "Delivery Information Page" If you would like to have the goods shipped to a different address you can add those details here. If you have set up an account with kings and Queens we will store up to 5 different delivery addresses for you. On this page we will also show you the shipping costs and there is a box for you to include any additional information such as delivery instruction or any message you would like included if the purchase is a gift. Click continue and you will arrive on the payment page.  If you would like to have the invoice sent to a different address you can add those details here. If you have set up an account with Kings and Queens we will store up to 5 different invoice addresses for you. Finally you need to fill in your credit card details. The cards which we accept are listed in the drop down "Credit Card Type" list. Kings and Queens take every possible care to ensure that all information supplied by our customers enjoys the very highest level of security protection. All pages sent to us over the internet are sent over a secure encrypted connection. You will see that all these pages start with "https" and show the padlock icon. Credit Card details remain encrypted on our system until the payment is processed and then they are deleted. This means that you do have to complete your credit card details each time you pruchase from kings and Queens but it also means that they are safe from any theft of sensative information. Kings and Queens are PCI Compliant and our systems are independently checked quartly to ensure complete compliance with all existing security protocols.
