Delivery Times

Kings and Queens offer such a wide range of products it is not possible for us to hold every item in stock. Where items are out of stock they are ordered direct from the manufacturer within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Some sites only offer for sale the pieces that they have in stock. This ensures quick delivery but limits choice for the customer and requires the customer to keep checking back to see if the item is available. We have chosen to offer the full current ranges available from each company to maximise your choice. Although this does mean many pieces have to be ordered from the manufacturer

Once we recieve your order we will e-mail you within 48 working hours to let you know whether the order is ready for despatch or whether there is a delay while we order it from the manufacturer. We will also give you a guide of how the long the delay will be

Please remember Kings and Queens do not take any payment until the goods are despatched. If a part order is sent you will only be charged for the goods sent.

	Cornishware - Due to production problems beyond our control, we are not expecting a delivery of stock until Spring 2012. This situation effects all UK retailers. Pre-Orders being taken now.
